All Aboard The Georgetown Loop Railroad

Journey back in time on the Colorado Historical Society's Georgetown Loop Railroad! Passengers at the turn of the century hailed it as the "far famed Loop", a marvel of engineering skill and the most complex railroad loop in the world. The train ride takes one hour and ten minutes to complete with an optional mine tour available. The railroad is conveniently located just 50 minutes west of Denver along I-70. Daily May 29-October 3, 1999.
