  1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Complete a registration card at the 2005 All About Kids Expo Feb. 26 and 27 2005 at the Colorado Convention Center. To enter without attending the All About Kids Expo, print Coloradokids.com, your name, address, and day and evening phone numbers on a 3" x 5" card and mail to 2323 S. Wadsworth Blvd. #102 Lakewood, CO 80227.

    All mailed entries must be received by Feb 24th 2005. No machine entries will be accepted. All entries become property of Colorado Kids and will not be returned. Each entry must be mailed separately.
  2. PRIZES: Total of 14 Two Night Stays in a Colorado Resort Area will be awarded. Prizes are based on space availability and have a value of $590.
  3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all Colorado residents 18 years of age and older. The immediate family members and employees of Colorado Kids, sponsors, and their affiliates are not eligible.
  4. DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing at the 2005 All About Kids Expo approximately each hour of the show from all eligible entries. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Winner will be announced at the show or notified by email or by mail. No prize substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize by winner in violation of these rules and regulations is permitted. Colorado Kids reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Void where prohibited by law. -+Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. All federal/state/local taxes are winner's sole responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes acceptance of prize conditions and permission to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Should a prizewinner make any false statement in connection with this sweepstakes, the winner will be required to promptly return to Colorado Kids, upon demand, his/her prize.
  5. Limitation of Liability: Neither Colorado Kids nor its co-sponsors are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction Colorado Kids reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Colorado Kids, in its sole discretion. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Colorado Kids and all co-sponsors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities arising out of this sweepstakes or the prizes awarded.
  6. Winners List: To receive a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Colorado Kids 2323 S. Wadsworth Blvd. #102 Lakewood, CO 80227 between Feb. 28, 2005 and March 31, 2005. Please reference sweepstakes (Name).
