Of course, you can find gymnastics instruction for almost any age...the gym attributes its gymnastics success to over 100 combined years of gymnastics coaching experience! They offer the following programs:
- Recreational Gymnastics (Entry Level Training) - boys and girls ages 5 and up.
Intermural Gymnastics (Moderate Intensity Training)
Competitive Gymnastics (High Intensity Training)
Pre-School Gymnastics - boys and girls, potty trained up to 5
Private Gymnastics Coaching
Open Practice Time
Parent-Toddler Gymnastics Class
In addition to gymnastics, Omega offers Cheer Tumbling Fundamentals and Kids Fitness Classes (boys and girls age 8-15).
As if that weren't enough, you can even have your birthday party at Omega Gymnastics! They offer gymnastics themed parties as well as the ALL NEW Nerf War parties! (I can tell you from just having had my 10 year old's birthday party there, that the Nerf War Party was EPIC!)
