Family Fun Night at the Gladiator Arena

Friday Family Fun night at the Xtreme Challenge Gladiator Arena is a great way to get your family off of the couch and into a gym filled with challenging and exciting adventures. We visited the Friday Fun Night at the Xtreme Challenge Arena in Thornton and enjoyed 3 hours jam-packed full of fun, physical activities. Kids of all ages are welcome to attend (although a lot of the activities are geared towards age 5 and older, but younger kids can play around on their equipment at their leisure) and parents are encouraged to play along.

During our visit, about 25 kids enjoyed an evening of climbing, swinging, balancing, running and working together with huge bouncy balls, harnesses suspended from the ceiling, ladders, ropes, giant tubes and much more. The participants were encouraged to communicate and work together as well as take some challenging risks. My son particularly enjoyed the giant swing and playing in the giant ball pit.

Friday Night Fun is great for small families or large groups and pizza and soda are also included. It runs from 6pm-9pm- you can join up at any point. The staff members do some organized group activities and then there is plenty of time for open play. Friday Night Fun is held on one or more Fridays each month- the next ones will be held on May 21st and May 28th. Cost is $25 per child and just $5 for adults (this includes dinner).
