Please use a separate order form for each book ordered. There is a place for
a special message from the giver of the book. The front page will say who the
book is from with a line both above and below that name. Please keep the
message short so that it is sure to fit. PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY and make
sure that the spelling is correct. Books will be printed with the information ex-
actly the way that it is provided. If ordering in Colorado Springs please call me
for delivery information and pick-up and add 6.4% sales tax to total. Orders can
also be faxed or mailed. Please feel free to call with any questions. Samples of
books are available at Crafters Corner in the Citadel Mall and Coomers Craft
Mall, both in Colorado Springs. Orders for books are also taken at both of these
places.
