Sunstone Yoga is a wonderful environment for the whole family to experience the many benefits of yoga. We offer a wide variety of classes for both kids and adults! Your child can take a one hour yoga class after school and learn balance, flexibility, and focus while you enjoy an adult class in the next room. Sunstone Yoga provides yoga for all ages and fitness levels! Choose from over 5 different types of classes in a heated and humid environment for beginners to more advanced practitioners. Sunstone also offers therapeutic massage, kids yoga, private yoga and free mat and towel service. Come and experience the many benefits that yoga has to offer in a safe and friendly environment.

Kids classes are Monday through Thursday 4:30-5:30pm with adult classes running at the same time. Monday and Wednesday is ages 4-7 and Tuesday and Thursday is ages 8-12.
