I can’t believe I am just now posting this! We had so much fun at the Copper Mountain First annual fall festival called “Witchcraft” and I totally forgot to post about it. We went on the last day they were having it so that’s why it must have slipped my mind.
First off for this to be the first time putting on this festival, I thought it was a success! We went in mid September and the leaves were incredible. If you want a good day trip to look at the leaves in Colorado, Copper Mountain is a spectacular place to go.
They had apple launching, pumpkin painting, a haunted house, a bounce house and also their summer activities including the ninja course, go karts and bungee jumping was in full swing as well.
It literally was the perfect fall day. It wasn’t to cold, and the leaves were at their peak. I cannot wait to go back next year! If your from out-of-town and want to see the leaves, Copper has great views of tons of leaves and it’s so close to Vail and Breckenridge, you can see the leaves from all 3 cities within a day. I love my little mountain town of Copper. Take me back there!
