Disclosure: The Melting Pot hosted us for an amazing afternoon.
When we arrived we were sat on the patio under a nice shaded area. The event was about to start and everyone was buzzing with anticipation. The boys were most excited about the food and the girls were very excited for the princesses!
The princess and I dressed up. I wore a Cinderella shirt and skirt while the peanut went with her favorite princess, Elsa. The kids were given princess and knight coloring sheets to keep them busy until the main event started.
The table was beautiful and covered in fresh rose petals. Our menu was appetizing and we were all eager to eat. Our waitstaff was prompt and got things going right away. We enjoyed our cheese fondue and salads very quickly after arriving.
While the appetizers and first course were happening the princess festivities started and oh boy did our little girl just melt for them! There was Anna, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty! Our princess ran up to sleeping beauty for an adorable embrace!
It was so cute and seriously made the entire experience magical! The princesses were so attentive to every child there and we really felt like even though there was a good amount of people there, that the princesses did a great job making each child feel special and important.
There was also Prince Charming and he was a fantastic addition to the fairytale day. There were not many boys at the event, but my little guy was very happy to have another guy there and they even knighted him and gave him a couple swords!
The day was full of sing alongs, trivia, prizes and games. Our littlest walked away from the day with tiaras and wands and necklaces, rings and a balloon bracelet. It was pretty awesome. In addition, each fairytale character autographed a picture and they made sure to take as many photos as parents wanted!
Obviously it would not be a Fondue Fairytale without the actual fondue! The food was incredible as it always it. We love The Melting Pot in Littleton Colorado and the food is just mouthwatering good! The kids favorite is always the chocolate fondue. We went with both a dark and a milk chocolate option and we ate nearly every bite of the fresh fruit and sweet snacks! All of the food was amazing and it is such a fun experience to have the kids cook their meat right at the table and enjoy taste testing all the fancy sauces. We just love it!
Once our day was over, the fairytale characters took a group photo with the groups as we all left. The day was amazing and I know my kids will not soon forget that time we went to The Melting Pot and had a Magical day!
